Cinnamon-Swirl Raisin Loaf

Makes the world’s best french toast or toasts up golden brown with just a spread of butter.  Contains buttermilk and a blend of wheat, rye and oats, studded with golden raisins and rolled with cinnamon sugar.  A foot long and over 2 lbs when baked. $12 whole or $6 half loaf.

Our breads are all naturally leavened with just organic flour and water. This provides better taste, nutrition and digestibility than commercial yeast. We use freshly milled single-variety organic flour to support small-scale family farmers
