Honey Wheat Loafer

Baked in a foot long loaf pan and containing 70% whole wheat, honey and a small amount of yeast, plus sourdough, it has a tender crumb and soft crust, perfect for toast and sandwiches. Guaranteed not to come back in the lunchbox too.
