Milk bread is popular in Japan where it is called Shokupan. Ours is a vegan version full of whole grain Khorasan for more nutrition. It contains flax “egg”  and plant-based butter for a rich and soft crumb. Perfect for all sandwiches, especially Grilled cheese  and toast of course!
