    Ingredients: A blend of red and white wheat flour, BlancoGrande white wheat flour, water, rye flour, brown rice,rye and oak flakes, barley, triticale, corn, millet, flax, poppy seeds, salt

     

    Our breads are all naturally leavened with just organic flour and water. This provides better taste, nutrition and digestibility than commercial yeast. We use freshly milled single-variety organic flour to support small-scale family farmers
