Our Country White dough gets a flavor and good stuff boost with additon of 5 toasted seeds - sunflower, flax, pepitas, poppy and sesame seeds and is shaped into a slightly smaller 1 lb loaf - technically a 1/2 kilo for those metrically inclined!
